SucceedAI provides private AI writing assistance on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Its language model runs on your device through Apple Intelligence.

Information Processed

The prompt you submit and the generated response are processed locally on your device. SucceedAI does not send prompt content, generated text, or keyboard content to a SucceedAI server or third-party AI provider.

Permissions

On macOS, SucceedAI does not request Accessibility or Input Monitoring permission. It does not monitor global keyboard input or control other apps. It reads plain text from the clipboard only when you explicitly choose Use Copied Text, and it writes a generated result to the clipboard only when you choose Copy Result. On iOS and iPadOS, the optional SucceedAI keyboard reads only the selection and nearby text context made available by the system when you explicitly run a writing action or replacement. Full Access is not requested.

No Backend or Tracking

SucceedAI has no backend service, user account, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or embedded AI provider key. The app does not sell or share personal information.

Data Retention

SucceedAI does not persist prompts or generated responses. To provide Undo after an iOS or iPadOS keyboard replacement, the exact original and replacement may remain in extension memory for up to 90 seconds and are discarded sooner when another action begins. Undo runs only if the exact result, cursor, and surrounding text are unchanged. The iOS App Group stores only the custom keyboard trigger; it never stores what you type. The macOS app may store ordinary on-device preferences such as the launch-at-login choice.
